I didn't grow up around streams. I grew up around farm ponds and lakes. I only started to find rivers and streams interesting when I started to fly fish for trout. While that was decades ago, I still have a lot to learn about streams. If you are like me, and need to brush up on your stream terminology, this website might be helpful.
