State Record Yellow Perch

Would you jump into near-freezing water to grab a fish that you reeled in to make sure it didn't get away?  Well that's what Tyler Halley of Maryvill, Missouri, did!  This is a beautiful fish and a pretty neat story.  And if you were wondering if I would do the same as Tyler, YOU'RE DOG GONE RIGHT I WOULD!!!!!!!
