The Fly Guy (Not Me)- Fly Fishing for Carp

I ran across the carp fly and fly fishing footage the other day from The Fly Guy (no relation).  I thought it would be good to share since our barbeled friends around here should be coming out of hibernation and should be hungry.  Here's what you need to tie and how to fish it!  And yes, the name of the fly has A LOT to do with why I am sharing it.
