I LOVE zonker strips! I really, REALLY, REALLY love zonker strips! They have great action, are easy to tie with, and can be used for bodies, tails, and collars. They come in about every color under the sun but I dig olive zonker strips with black bars. If you find them difficult to work with or don't have experience tying wtih them, I thought I would pass along this helpful video. I also included some pictures that have zonker strips incorporated into their construction as well. I will mainly use them as tails but will sometimes palmer them to give flies their bodies as well.
